2008 PRATTEN PARK MAGPIES REUNION

 

The 2008 Reunion was all about The Centenary of Rugby League.

1908-2008

This years reunion trips involve several great teams.

The seventieth anniversary of the premiership winning 1938 Third Grade team, the sixtieth anniversary of the 1948 First Grade premiers.  Bill Keato was there to represent that great old side.

And the fiftieth anniversary of the 1958 Third Grade premiership winning team.

Also it is the sixtieth anniversary of Western Suburbs winning the 1948 Flowers Memorial Pennant.

Wests have won this Pennant 4 times, 1948, 1960, 1961 and 1991.
