Every year Western Suburbs Rugby League Football Club in conjunction with Wests Ashfield conduct a Wests Magpie Reunion known as the 'Back to Pratten Park Reunion'.

Unlike many football clubs who only have reunions for those that played first grade, the Magpie Reunion is open to anyone who has ever donned the old black and white for the club, irrespective of grade, the number of games played or when they were played.

The 'Back to Pratten Park Reunion' is held in the Grandstand at Pratten Park in Ashfield, the 'Home' ground for Western Suburbs in the 50s and 60s. The ground is seemingly unchanged from those days except that soccer is now played instead of rugby league - a sign of the times.
